Bring your cases to plan together

Course Description

This hands-on workshop is built around coDiagnostiX and is ideal for clinicians looking to deepen their digital planning and guided surgery skills. Whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate user, this small-group session offers a collaborative, case-based learning environment. Participants will review real clinical cases together, guided by a mentor in a tutoring-style format. More experienced users can also enhance their expertise by supporting peers and fine-tuning their workflows.

Prerequisites

  • Own a coDiagnostiX license

Course Format

  • 6-9 PM during a weekday
  • All hands-on software training of coDiagnostiX, Meshmixer, and Medit Apps
  • Light snack/dinner provided

Schedule

  • 8 times a year
  • Dates will be informed once we have at least 4 applicants

Fee

  • $1000 annual membership : Includes access to 8 evening sessions throughout the year, plus ongoing mentorship for up to 3 individual cases (excluding full-arch cases). Members receive priority registration and continued support beyond the sessions.
  • $99 per session: Available if space permits. Priority is given to annual members.

    Level 1: Mastering coDiagnostiX (Intermediate)

    Course Description

    Discover the intricacies of data acquisition and preparation through both manual techniques and the innovative AI feature. Gain practical insights to plan for straightforward implant cases and learn the creation of basic surgical guides based on your acquired knowledge.

    Prerequisites

    • Know how to use 3Shape or Exocad, Meshmixer, and Medit Apps
    • Must know most of the coDiagnostiX functions already since we will not cover the basics.

    Course Format

    • Day 1: 1 hour lecture and 5 hour hands on
    • Day 2: 4 hour hands on

    Topics

    • Essentials of CBCT(DICOM) and IOS(STL) data acquisition and alignment.
    • Manual and AI assisted segmentation.
    • Nerve marking
    • Importance of emergence profile diagnostic wax up: Learn how to import digital diagnostic wax up with emergence profile to coDiagnostiX. Learn how to export implant positions from coDiagnostiX and import to 3Shape Dental System.
    • Making use of the import/export feature of coDiagnostiX : Learn how to import/export to keep everything at the same coordinates.
    • Basic guide design.
    • Exporting surgical protocols.
    • Visual communication between doctors and technicians.

      Course Description

      Participants will tackle metal scatters from CBCT and get hands-on experience designing surgical guides for all sorts of situations. We’ll show you how to export the planned implant positions from coDiagnostiX and use 3Shape Dental System to simulate the final restorations. Plus, you’ll learn to design custom healing abutments and provisional restorations from the plan.

      Prerequisites

      • Know how to use 3Shape or Exocad, Meshmixer, and Medit Apps
      • Level 1: Mastering coDiagnostiX (or equivalent skill level)

      Course Format

      • Day 1: 1 hour lecture and 5 hour hands on
      • Day 2: 4 hour hands on

      • Indirect sinus lift guide.
      • Adding extra supports on the guide for the free end areas.

        Course Description

        Prepare for an in-depth exploration of full arch implant surgery planning and guides in this course segment. Topics include complete denture based guides, stackable guides with or without magnets, as well as guides for bone reduction and the fabrication of immediate provisionals. This comprehensive module is tailored for technicians seeking solutions for full arch implant surgeries.

        Prerequisites

        • Know how to use 3Shape or Exocad, Meshmixer, and Medit Apps
        • Level 2: Various guide designs and radiographic appliance (or equivalent skill level)
        • Bring IOS(STL) and CBCT(DICOM) of your own. We will combine them with your 3D facescan together

        Course Format

        • Day 1: 1 hour lecture and 5 hour hands on
        • Day 2: 4 hour hands on
